Every portrait is custom made for you, so we make sure you love it before it's printed. You receive a free digital preview and can request revisions until you're happy.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] within [14] days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement.
Returns
Because each portrait is personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind once a preview has been approved and printed. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before you approve your preview.
