How to choose the perfect photo
The better the photo, the better the portrait. Here's what works best:
- Face clearly visible: both eyes and the nose in focus
- Good lighting: natural daylight, no harsh shadows or flash
- Eye level: photos taken at your pet's eye level look the most natural
- High resolution: use the original photo from your phone, not a screenshot
- One pet per photo: for multi-pet portraits, upload a separate photo of each pet
Avoid
- Blurry or very dark photos
- Photos where the face is turned away or covered
- Heavy filters
